Making Money Online

I’m planning to work at home(sideline)through internet businesses like writing papers online and make a money. However, I’m handling a Dependent visa through my mom who has an H1 visa (working visa) in the US. They said that you can’t work with your dependent visa only but it’s based online. So is it possible?

Any money you earn is reported to the Government through 1099’s from whoever you do work for. So YES you need a ssn and you need to file taxes yearly along with paying what you owe.

I am 1 of the 2 partners in a home based business which currently is run out of my partner’s home. The business consumes space and also utilities. I am trying to come up with a fair rate for rent and a fair calculation for the use of utilities based on what is used for the business. Can someone suggest a guideline here?

I personally don’t feel that the company should be charge full fair market value for rent since I believe it’s a convenience to be able to work at home. Does anyone agree or am I way off here?

Although it is completely legal to use a home based office as a tax write off, be aware that it is one of the HUGEST RED FLAGS in a home based business. The IRS has very specific guidelines that need to be followed and unless you plan to follow your deductions to the T… don’t do it. Look for other things that don’t send up red flags!

What are these things how do they each effect the way taxes are distributed on the society?
Lastly what is so wrong for thepepople who had the highest tax increase when the taxes went, up getting the biggest cut when the taxes go down? ( I am not one of those people, If I was, I would have personal CPAs answering these questions and I would not be asking this on Yahoo answers.)
Seems to me like if each time the taxes increase the most on the high income segment when they go up and decrease the most for the lowest icome people when thet go down, with each cycle the burden will kepp shifting more and more unfairly to people who have been paying the most taxes!

The AMT was devised a number of years ago as a way to make sure those with high incomes were paying tax (since they could most often find ways out of it through deductions and credits).

The problem is that the AMT has not been amended to adjust for wage inflation, and so it now smacks a number of middle class families, which results only in an added burden on those who were already paying income tax.

The tax system in the U.S. is progressive in nature, meaning it will always ’sock it to the rich’.

I downloaded Club Penguin Money Maker Verison 2, It downloaded fine but when I opened it the screen was just white. Is there something wrong with the program, does it just have to load? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should watch a couple of early episodes of "American Idol". They start with a parking lot the size of one at Wal*Mart, in Huston, Chicago, Beloit . . . with those post-and rope barriers like they have at banks and Disneyland to keep thousands people snaking forward efficently. They show 7 – 15 hopefuls, some of whom go on to the next level. The rest go home.

Hold onto your dreams, but don’t quit your day job.

You might be able to read "How I was discovered" by some famous actors, either on-line or in biographies on paper.
